Lee Kee Group successfully concluded its Customer Excellence Summit held at Ali Center in Shenzhen’s Nanshan District, marking progress in Innovation and Sustainability with experts sharing their insights.

The Summit – “Accelerate and Deepen Digital Transformation in the Sustainability Journey” commenced with a warm welcome from Ms. Clara Chan, CEO of Lee Kee Group, and Mr. Thomas Ho, Assistant General Manager of Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong.

Showcasing Lee Kee Group’s commitment to Responsible Supply Chain Management, Sustainable Manufacturing, and Innovative Products and Services, Mr. Alan Chan, Associate Technical Director, and Mr. Cheng Ka Ho, General Manager of Business Development, presented ‘Unleashing the Potential of Manufacturing’.

The event’s keynote, shared by Mr. Herbert Chia, Senior Advisor of Alibaba Cloud North APAC Region, captivated the audience with his views on ‘How Digitalization Drives Business Success’ and inspired a new dimension on data utilization.

Ms. Emily Lok, Senior Business Development Manager and Mr. Bob Yuan, Solutions Architect of Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong presented the impact of digitalization on business success with ‘Tech for Innovation N3’.
